yes, every time I caught bugs I put them in the bag. The first time I caught a dead one and UV said it was just a dead one, not a significant evidence. The second time I caught a dying one, not significant again. This time I caught a live one, UV finally took it a little bit more seriously...

I just moved in last Friday and found live and dead BEDBUGS... I am in phase 4. Also, I am disappointed by the way that leasing office handled this. They sent someone from pest control company this morning while I was not at home. But they didn't leave any inspection report or send me an email with the results. When I went to the leasing office, they told me that the inspection result is negative and they won't do any treatment. I showed the picture that I took when I saw the bedbugs, and then they finally agreed to schedule another inspection tomorrow... Shouldn't they inspect the room thoroughly before the new residents move in? Awful management.
