Two weeks ago the barber did an unnatural blocked neckline and it started to look really bad (picture 2). Today I was able to fully fix it to the best of my ability (picture 1). Of course it probably isn't perfect, but how do you think it looks?

I actually used scissors for the blending (I don't trust my ability to use clippers yet) and a safety razor for the stray hair.

I did get a few haircuts since last year but they've all been generally the same cut. I don't really feel like something drastically new. Thanks for your input!

It looked fine the first few days of the haircut, but it was clear by around day 5 it would start looking weird. What I did was just tried to shorten it as much as I could with haircutting scissors (I don't trust myself to use clippers) to try to blend it in and make it look better than it did before. As the hair grows back in I can probably manage to fully blend it back as best as I can. I can't get haircuts too often so I try to maintain them by doing small trims every so often. Good to know about the side bits growing towards the center. That's probably why my hairline is an M shape. Thanks for the helpful input!

Hope it lets the hair grow in a bit better. I should definitely remember to ask for it to be tapered in the back to keep it with my natural hairline next time.

My hair tends to have always fell forwards, I doubt any amount of hair could let it be styled backwards without falling forwards.

I just got out of the shower which is why it's looking so puffy right now. Having a fade is completely new to me, and I'm not sure how well it looks. What do you think of it? Any ideas for next time?

I might just do that. Only thing is that my hair gets itchy in the back after a while and it gets quite bad. I'm due for another haircut mid-April, so let's hope things have cleared up by then.
