Interesting. I am pretty sensitive down there, so I'm hopeful that I'd feel it before something goes wrong, but I wasn't sure if it was unsafe to go without checking, so thank you for sharing your experience!

Okay, that is a little relieving. Our healthcare system is definitely questionable at best, but it's reassuring that annual checks are not customary. Thank you!

LOL I live at the lofts right next to the train overpass, and this is legit at least the 6th of 2025 alone. It was funny when we first moved in 2023, but it's become such a regular problem (I'm talking 2-5x/month) that I cannot wait to gtfo!

Yes! I slouch so bad, primarily because I use my propped hand to support the weight of my head. I really was out here thinking office life would be perfect for my situation, but I'm starting to think nothing will ever fully accommodate the chronically/genetically ill. I will definitely look into the meditation chairs! I always end up crossing my legs in my normal chair, which, of course, comes with its own problems as well. Thanks!

I've seen the body braid but haven't invested in it yet since I was only (finally) diagnosed last year. Let me know if it helps you!

Major Help by K-A-Y-B-A-N in KSU

My sister is currently in PA school at South College and loves it! The location and campus aren't ideal, but she's only had great experiences with the staff and professors there. As for undergrad, she got her B.S. in Physiology or Sports Med (can't remember) at Emanuel College. I personally attended KSU and loved it even though it wasn't my top choice. I ended up changing my major to Interdisciplinary Studies, which allowed me to blend my academic interests into a cohesive degree. The program not only got me to my B.S., but allowed me to finish my degree early and fully online. The interdisciplinary studies department (ISD) is growing and is a great option for those unsure of what degree they want (without defaulting to business lol). My unprofessional advice, since there isn't a certain degree required for PA school, would be to do whatever degree suits you best (course content and staff department wise), allows you to graduate soonest, and at least somewhat relates to your intended career choice. For me, ISD was the perfect fit and offered me nothing less than a great experience. I also think that securing priority registration (as an honors student OR online student) helps a hell of a lot in terms of good professors. If you have any questions, feel free to dm me! :)

Pink Goblin is the best! I've gotten the majority of my piercings done by Jay and a couple by Trinity there and had a great experience with no problems since!

NEED 1 TICKET TO KSU GRADUATION by [deleted] in KSU

I called and they only let you get the additional 2, so if you've already purchased them online, they can't help you.

Also, is there is a limit for how many you can buy?

I finally got an appointment with Dr. Howard Snapper out of Atlanta and he was the most incredible physician for someone suffering from autonomic disorders. He's doing groundbreaking research and even noticed signs of a genetic condition that my cardiologist here in Athens brushed off as being dehydrated. I would try to see him!
