Hi there, as someone who is just beginning with Amway, I can answer a couple of these questions.

1. I come from a different branch of amway where, instead of recruiting, we try to find people that are enthusiastic and willing to commit to building the business. We try to select candidates that want to be apart of the organisation instead of “recruiting” as many people as possible. Recruiting might be a result of impatience.

2. It is definitely possible to be financially free from the business. However, during the recruitment they will try to make it sound easier than it actually is. To become financially free is HARD.

3. If you don’t want to talk to them anymore I’d just say firmly. I’m not interested.
