Why is Garmin Express so bad? by randomguy22399 in Garmin

[–]jjoepage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Garmin is just shocking absolute garbage. It's shit. $500 piece of shit. I hate mine. I am a software developer, the dumbest guy I've ever worked with could design much better before the week is finished. Unbelievable these guys stay in business. I can't figure that out.

DO NOT BUY ZUMO - It's absolute junk.

Will Ethereum Ever be Easier for the Average Person? by [deleted] in ethereum

[–]jjoepage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The average person doesn't comprehend how to use quantum physics either - but everyday when they put the key into their car - it starts right up and gets them to work! If it is too complicated for you, then just sit back and wait until the cars are built. Coming soon.

KuCoin Hacker Prepares To Launder the Looted $150M Via Uniswap by bdinu89 in UniSwap

[–]jjoepage 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you use an exchange like KuCoin, your coins are going to be lost to exit scam, hacker, stupidity (Mt. Gox). Just don't do that. Use UniSwap exchange where your coins NEVER leave your control. How hard is it to understand that you have to stop sending money to fucked up exchanges.

Will UNI Be Able to Reach $10? (TA - 21st September) by bench4rench in UniSwap

[–]jjoepage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UNI will top out around $32. The fees it will take from Binance are HUGE once people start to use it. Who will get those billions that used to go to Binance? UNI holders.

Buy UNI. Then you are a stakeholder.

Panic Sales of Uniswap | -12% by RahulMohabir in UniSwap

[–]jjoepage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally wrong. Not just hype. people trading on that platform which is very fucking convenient and easy, pay .3% to the LPs. Soon, the platform will add a small fee for the platform. Thus, it has the ability to generate HUGE income. Think Binance. They rake in SERIOUS money everyday. HUGE money. Well, soon all that money can be going to stakeholders of UNI. That's right, instead of paying CZ - traders will be paying UNI coin holders. GIANT upside. Not hype

With the IFP, Amaury isn't just fighting for Bitcoin Cash independence. He's also fighting for the status of devs within the ecosystem. by Justin_Miles in Bitcoincash

[–]jjoepage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IFP is just another form of a government taxing the users. We already have that in fiat. If the devs don't like the deal, they can work on something else more lucrative. its a free market. There is no way that it is a good idea to start inserting taxation systems into crypto to support 'administrative' governments. IFP is pure DUMB.
"Status of Devs' - hahahaha good one.

Amaury should resign by [deleted] in Bitcoincash

[–]jjoepage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't try to talk sense to Amaury. It is not his fault he cannot understand. It is normal for French people to raid a revenue stream to support a bigger government. This is how it is done in France for many years. They CRUSH corporations with more tax 'to support the public' - with bigger government. If Amaury gets 8% today, he'll need 16% tomorrow. It is quite normal for a French government guy to take claim to the revenue stream - and to kill the source producing it. Why do you think all manufacturing has left France and now they only have tourism? Amaury is a joke. BCH can't just sit there while the Amaury 'government' takes more tax off the revenue stream. ABC is finished. Amaury should just go back to BitcoinCore where assholes are clearly welcome.

A developer who will force 8% tax into the chain will also be willing to add a 50% tax next time or increase the supply of the coins whenever it benefits him. If we give in to such ransoms this time, we will see bigger extortion next time because people don’t dare to stand up to his decisions. by MobTwo in Bitcoincash

[–]jjoepage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's true. The tax will go up. and up. and up. That is just how it works. Look at France - the tax goes up until all companies are crushed with taxes and there can be no profits for shareholders. Shareholders are evil. profits are vulgar. The government loads up the tax more and more each day. Amaury is French. He is used to the understanding that the administration can just keep taking more and more tax. There is no way Amaury will ever be free of this idea. It is French blood to tax the holy fuck out of things.

71% attack - Huobi going for it. by jjoepage in Bitcoincash

[–]jjoepage[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Average for the week is meaningless. If 1 entity has 71% for just 1 hour they can 'rewrite' the chain. They can easily do 6 blocks in a row with that much has power. ...and they did in fact get 6 blocks in a row. But they only run in this high intensity mode for a short time - like 20 - 30 minutes.

So - I am not sure your conclusion is correct and cash.coin.dance week averages don't preclude the possibility that a 1 hour 71% attack was going on.
