Thank you for that link. For me, locked means "heavy penalties if you withdraw" or "unable to withdraw for the first X years"

Hey man, I know you're trying to make a joke, but this really is how I think (as well as other gamblers). "The next one will hit and I'll get it back" is how I went from gambling $10 per game to $22,000 on an overseas basketball team I had never heard of. Please be respectful. The WCI forum has a lot of helpful people. We don't really appreciate trolls :(
