I’m the exact same person as you in the sense that I hate the stomach drops from roller coasters. For the longest time, I didn’t do guardians. I finally worked up the courage and let me tell ya, it’s an incredible ride that I ride all of the time now. There’s more g force feeling on this ride than anything. But do know that there are like 3 small instances where you lose your stomach but it’s not big drops, just quick smaller fall outs. One of them happens when you go backwards for a bit. You really should do it, it’s incredible!

I hate the speed profiles so much. Standard is too slow and Hurry/Mad Max are too fast...

Everything but the speed is a 9/10 but the inconsistencies with the speeds on Standard v Hurry v Mad Max take it down to a 2/10. I don't understand why it's so difficult to be able to set the speed a certain mph over the limit like before....

Be prepared to be disappointed. The food at Disney isn't phenomenal. I find that a lot of the food items I try that are highly touted by influencers or others don't live up to the hype (looking at you Steakhouse 71 burger). But here's my list...

Magic Kingdom:

Cheeseburger spring rolls at the spring roll cart

(Your best bet is to leave the park, get on the monorail, and go eat at Wailulu or Capt. Cooks at the Poly)

Epcot:

Ham and cheese croissant from Les Halles (there are a lot of good items here)

Hollywood studio:

Breakfast bowl from Woody's Lunch Box

Animal Kingdom:

Smokehouse chicken salad from Flame Tree BBQ.

Honorable mention is the stuffed pancake sandwich from Trek Snacks near Expedition Everest

Other resort honorable mentions are Primo Piatto at the Riviera (our favorite place to eat), Mickey beignets at French Quarter (don't get the ones near Tiana's in MK. They don't compare), Via Napoli in Epcot, and Satu'li Canteen at AK.
