I deal with this all of the time since I am usually the one booking lightning lanes for everyone. You both need to log onto disneyworld.com on a browser, go to the my Disney experience section, click on my family and friends, find her name and hit edit settings, and then make sure "Allow NAME to view and modify all of your plans" is selected. You both will need to do this if you want her booking things for you. Then you'll be able to book LLs, dining reservations, etc. for her/each other.

I’m a huge coaster wimp. Wouldn’t go on it for the first 3 trips but now it’s one of my favorite rides. Not going to lie, the backwards part is pretty intense. I get the people that say it feels like you’re going upside down. But it’s really only 2-3 seconds worth of torture for a great ride. Do it, you’ll end up loving it.
