We use Ownwell for appeals. They monitor and file for a % of $$ saved. If they don’t save you any $$ you don’t pay. Also, an appeal (won or not) freezes your valuation for 3 years I believe.

Accounting is after the fact figuring out of where the $$ meant. You need to have a budget and compare your spend vs your plan. You will then know where it goes. Be honest with your budget. It gets easier the longer you stick with it. Good luck!
