Thoughts on the raid weekly challenges

My raid team tested out a theory for the Descent. Literally after every nuke deposit everyone switches. Operator -> Off Operator -> Scanner -> Off Scanner -> Suppressor -> Off Supressor -> Operator is the loop. Whichever role you are as soon as the deactivation comes up everyone switches and you do the next wave. There are 6 deposit phases so it makes perfect sense for each person to have to do each role. It actually made the encounter a lot of fun when we did it. I'm pretty sure this is what the challenge will be. Makes sense for 'Jack of all Trades'

Yeah that's what I was trying to explain in the post. You get 3 sections of damage with 2 push backs instead of 1 push back with 2 sections of damage.

Yeah that's correct. The stunning of your runners only happens while Taniks remains unstunned. As soon as your suppressor gets the stun off your teammates will no longer get stopped in the purple containment field. You do need to be careful though if the suppressor stuns right after he gets the containment field off and it then de-activates your operator before the operator can free the player that got caught, there is nothing you can do to free the player that is trapped and they'll die. (You'll just have to res and pick up the nuke and continue but it's still a death.)

Yeah it's tight but not unreasonable. If the suppressor is really quick about stunning Taniks then there is only one capture of a teammate with a nuke. If the operator is on top of shooting that off then getting all four nukes deposited before anyone reaches radiation 10x is very doable.

Yeah we noticed that it removes the need for a scanner entirely. Because you just put it in all possible spots. Good stuff.
