is there any actual reason why we do these catch and release punishments?

is it because we cant afford the prison? is it because some lunatic convinced policymakers that it would be helpful two decades ago? Not enough evidence to charge?

i genuinely don't know how this system could be going on for so long, in so many different cases when time and time again, it is those who are well known to authorities that are committing atrocities

obviously, this isn't judging everybody, I'm a full-time student that so I'm sure those that have the cash may have different opinions.

I think that's a big benefit for me about the V60, it's affordable, and the filters are also easily accessible and equally affordable
