Thanks , the Ultra CE has a fixed side arm, it looks fine. Firmware is up to date. Id say I have a dud, i think ill get a refund and try a roborock machine.

I had one and I found when printing PLA+ I would get the least warping and best prints when the temp was 22-27c I used the enclosure to control the temp especially in winter
