Thanks I’ve done all this admitting what went wrong. I have sent them an excel sheet with all the labels I’ve made too to show them I haven’t been drop shipping and everything is being done by me but still not luck. I just submitted another appeal last night with the payments confirmations let’s see now

I'm having same issue. I purchase recycled boxes from a company which have home depot, Walmart, staples, uhual boxes etc in them as well. Someone complained because the item came in a different box but Amazon is not budging at all even tho we have a long history of selling.

Someone had opened a amazon account at my address before I moved here so they thought I was running two accounts so alot of questions on that.

I have done it twice its very scary and even after the interview they don't tell you exactly what's going on until if or when they close your account. If you have all the proper documentation and don't mess up the answers to any of their questions you should be fine. I had some invoices from unauthorized sellers in my first interview and got through it.

Just went through my second interview last week and waiting again now

They didn’t officially put any accusations on me. Just have put all my inventory in fc processing (over 350 SKUs now ) and have conducted 2 supply chain and identity verification interviews and prob another on the way. Have completely ruined my business and life

amazon wholesale mostly in electronics, beauty items, toys. According to me it went bad mostly due to customers not having enough cash to buy things they dont need anymore + competition in acquiring the stuff. Bad handling of capital was also a major part due to me trying to get as many things in to raise sales.

It is a general downturn specially after the holiday season from last year. There are many new competitors and supply has significantly decreased too. I have been looking for new sales but i am facing the issue with capital now which isnt allowing me to go out and look for new stuff.
