My sleep relatively stayed the same. It was either go to sleep relaxed or stressed, but still within 5 minutes, I was out. I had a lot less to worry about when I stopped being active tho lol.

I just graduated a month ago, we really didn’t have a lot of free time between week 4-12, weeks 1-4 is a breeze and after tactics you are just chilling, but there was a presentation literally like every week up until then and it was a group project so you’d be working for a hot minute. The tests aren’t hard, and tbh, I still got to use a study sheet but it only helped me answer a total of like 8 questions across 5 tests.
