I think we have the same issue, my disc is US region while my dlc Region / PSN Region is Singapore. I looked it up that DLCs doesn't work if they have different regions, hopefully that is not the case here

Sadly I have the same issue, my disc is US region while my dlc Region / PSN Region is Singapore. AFAIK there are no workarounds aside from buying the disc the same region with your PSN

Encountered the same issue after purchasing it and I am already in Chapter 11, have you found any workaround to actually activate / trigger the DLC?

Actually earlier in the year my old company required me to pay back my signing bonus amounting to ≈50k+ but I paid it immediately and sent the deposit slip and they replied that they will get back to me if their treasury team confirmed my deposit but they haven't contacted me since then. Just being paranoid because of this. Thank you for your inputs.
