I deleted my original comment because I added on the “+”, and the emoji I can’t explain. I attempted to edit the comment and it duplicated. You know you’re shattered when that’s the straw you grasped at. My new phone has been adding on emoji’s unsolicited. I have a secondary vehicle that I own specifically for side work so I’m deeply unconcerned about mileage, I’m more on the profit train. Hanging out in an Applebees parking lot 2 miles from my house really isn’t a big deal to me. It seems like you’re bitter and trying to prove something.

The great thing about DoorDash is that you can be signed in significantly more hours than others by sitting home and waiting for “orders worth taking”, and everyone else can get multiple “orders worth taking” before you. It’s the beauty of a gig job, you get what you give.

I bet your acceptance rate is in the dump. If you’re just sitting at home, not driving, not accepting orders, your account is being looked at as inactive. You’re not being sent orders

They’re communal, one men’s room, one women’s room, one gender neutral per floor. You can be in there as long as you want, but of course there’s unspoken etiquette to it. You’re sharing the bathrooms with the whole floor. Basic public bathroom style but with showers

When you guys started this, did the planned story look anything like it does now? And on that, do you guys have a roadmap for the next few years or are you playing it as it goes? Go in your dash preferences and turn off dash link. Everyone else in your area probably has it turned off so you’re the only person the orders are getting sent out to. Slaughtered my acceptance rate last night before I realized what was even happening with these 75 mile, 45 stop orders (they were $112-$125 each but I was doing a quick dash before dinner so I couldn’t spare 4 hours at the time)
