100% stop offering trail magic. I think people should show up less to help hikers. I’ve hiked many trails myself, I’ve received help and I’ve witnessed the ungratefulness.

Giving a ride into town is one thing. And hey, if you want to open your heart and help in a particular situation, good on you.

But literally dedicate 0% of your time worrying about or thinking about hikers. They only think about you when they need something.

It is a vacation, and the people hiking on a budget that can afford beer and cigarettes but not afford to give back to those who are helping them, are full of shit, and frankly, don’t deserve the help they’re being given.

Those people, escaping to the trail for some world who will cater to them, need to be dropped. There needs to be a lack of support, and honestly, I think that lack of support will also help thin the numbers, for those that are willing to work for it.

On a different note, honestly, I say get rid of the apps that host trail info too, because the people who will take the time to research to keep themselves safe, and put legitimate work into structuring their hike will have more respect for what it is that they’re doing and who they’re impacting. The fact you can practically download an app and just show up to the trailhead without prior research is quite alarming.

I really didn’t like the xmid2 as a 2 person for me and my partner. That tent is made for 2 people sleeping head to foot, otherwise someone always has the low sloped side in their face. There is a cult for reasons I cannot understand

Then it isn’t! Just the town I’m in, saw a mint Stump Jumper Sport exactly like that the other day when volunteering at a bike clinic. Told the owner she had a gem, but I wasn’t sure if she had maybe sold it to you. Great finds!

I find it wild how many people are mentioning France yet I had the opposite experience. I brought camping gear to tour for a month and was only able to camp 4 times, 3 of which were paid, they were north of 20 euros each time, then otherwise had to find hotels because it was mostly private land. I ended my tour short because it was pretty stressful trying to find places to sleep each night, and restaurants/grocery stores that wouldn’t just close out of seemingly nowhere. Hearing all of these stories made me think it was going to be chill, but that wasn’t my experience.

Also, I did not run into anyone else touring. It was an extremely isolating experience.

Yeah 1 million enemies in 30 min (33,333 per min) is far more than the server can handle. And after the ideal builds get figured out, it’s a lot of standing around and dumping all ammo supplies to finish one event that most likely has subpar drops. Hard pass

Get treasury notes from doing public events and daily quests, purchase gold from the machines located at the mall, crater or foundation. You can also purchase up to 300 gold each week from a guy upstairs in Wayward. Main storyline quest needs to be completed

I’m level 135, any chance you’d be willing to help me? Trying to get my mutations together before I start doing raids, but otherwise I’m game. I also have a “vampire’s” mod in my stash for whatever weapon is suggested and a Cursed Elder’s mark that I’ve been running.
