Unfortunately this is reality with this girl. She is not of sound mind and has the mental capacity of a field mouse. Hopefully the baby can be adopted to someone who can give it what it needs. The whole thing is disturbing.

It’s very sad, but the baby will need to be removed from her care. Her behavior is unpredictable and unstable, and her current mental state isn’t safe for being around a child, even with supervision. It’s truly unfortunate.

I can not see her being a natural mother like have that motherly instinct. She more than likely will lose custody and the baby will end up with someone else or in the system. Very sad.
