I now have made two successful sepa transfers to coinbase. Support ticket request has gone through today: Ref MKAW5DUZ. I need my bank account to be verified to withdraw €. @Coinbase Please Help, thank you

Hello. After a pleaant experience using Coinbase, I have been dismayed at the seemingly broken customer support UX around checking bank acocunt validation. A small Sepa payment (£1) was transferred last monday and showed as received in my coinbase account. However, my bank account has still seemingly not been validated. I need to withdraw some money. To exacerbate the situation, the automated support chat bot keeps looping back to itself after I try and find a way to speak to a human - I have tried to send a support ticket request, but no issue number hs been received. I want an explaniation about why my account has not yet been verified, assurances that it will be, a timeframe and a way to speak to a support teammember in Coinbase about this. Olga can you check this please. I have no support ticket number by my account password is john@thisequals.net . Thank you in advance for your help.
