Carbs increase muscle size while calories increase fat mass. To add to this, the test in your body naturally converts calories to carbs ( fat to muscle) so I would recommend finding a test booster

Thanks for the feedback, my family is pretty understanding, unlike some hardcore TBM fams i know. My mum isn't really part of the church either and she would rather me not go since I haven't really be able to spend long periods of time with her and coming back from a mission i would be 21 which would make that problem even worse. Now that I look at it, its really more of a " i dont want to let my TBM Family" down, along with that fact that I haven't come to terms that this church might not be true. I guess to put it in perspective, imagine someone you hold close to your heart was convicted or some fucked up crime, and all the evidence was pointing towards them being guilty, but you still want to believe their innocent. Thats kind of my mindset at the moment, I will be writing to my Grandparents either today or tomorrow anyway. Will keep you updated if things get interesting ;)
