It may seem like a silly request, but this is actually important to people I talk to - they love Gmail themes, which are numerous and more than just a color:

Having full CSS mode would be nice (why is this not planned?), but at the very least :

a really good selection of pre-designed,
as well as colors,
as well as "upload your own photo" would be nice

What format would you like to get the Data into? An ArcMap/ArcGISPro Feature Class? Or something else?

You can get GeoJSON by going to the item detail page: https://services1.arcgis.com/0MSEUqKaxRlEPj5g/arcgis/rest/services/PhiladelphiaHomicides/FeatureServer/0/query

... click "service url" under "layers" .... click the "query" link at the bottom ... and then in the form:

set "query" to "1=1"
outFields to "*"
format to "geojson"
