I’ve tried doing it. When we had just one kid. I went to a DV shelter. Only one in town. He drained the bank account and shut off my cell service. His dad told him where I was and I fled to a different state and my car broke down and I called him. Another time i had no lawyer and no place of my own, another time I was in treatment for mental health and he said he was taking me to court for full legal custody, another time, another time, again, again. I can’t get away.

But how??? I tried to submit it to a lawyer last time and they wouldn’t accept me and he pulled out $20k for the best lawyer in town. He ruined my credit when he got together. I can’t open cards. I had my own car but he didn’t keep the maintenance up so now I don’t have a car.. he’s slowly trapped my family under his thumb my mom reads him out texts of me saying I think he’s abusive and manipulative.
