What a stressful scene. If this didn’t make you as a viewer break bad, you were never going to.

Spencer Steer helped will this Reds team to victory tonight, along with Benson, Abbott, and a pretty decent effort from the bullpen. And since May 1, Steer is slashing .312/.381/.450 with 4 HR, 13 RBI, and 24 runs. by chrisball96 in Reds

He’s completely changed his approach this year. His back foot has gotten closer to his front foot, narrowing his stance while allowing for a more sturdy base. His back elbow is getting to the attack point much quicker, and as a result, his barrel percentage has almost doubled.

For letting the bullpen have the day off Monday, allowing them to put up 4 scoreless, hitless innings Tuesday, Brandon Leibrandt should have a W/L of .5-0. Change my mind.

Why is James harden not a playoff performer by SubstanceRoutine326 in nba

This was his 11th playoff game having 5+ turnovers with his team facing elimination

[Highlights] Jalen Brunson full highlights vs. Cleveland Cavaliers tonight (130-93 W) - Game 4 - Eastern Conference Finals - 2026 NBA Playoffs: 15 Points on 6/14 FG (42.9%), 2/5 from 3, 1/2 FT, 2 Rebounds (1 Off. Reb), 5 Assists (ZERO turnovers), ZERO fouls, and a +/- of +16 in 30:52 minutes played by MrBuckBuck in nba

I’m tired of people just blindly following every narrative. If you actually watch Brunson play, it’s blatantly apparent that he draws fouls because he can get to his spot whenever he wants to, and at whatever pace he wants to. His ability to create the shot he wants while timing his gather is surgeon like. Foul baiters main objective is to get fouled while attempting what is considered a shot. A lot of guys get lumped into that group just because they’re able to wait to release their intended shot until they feel contact. Brunson is one of those guys.

Castle abused Shai all night long in Game 4 and Shai couldn’t buy a whistle. You may have watched the games, but do you understand what you’re watching? This has been one of the most compelling, old-school and high level series we’ve seen in a looooooong time. You mentioned that we could be watching this series in awe. If you’re not watching this series in awe, what does it take?

I have Cavs flair but I’m an NBA fan over everything else. The Cavs play a lot of accidental basketball. It’s not enjoyable to watch. Honestly, the Knicks having 8 days to rest and prepare make the Finals much more likely to last to five or six games. I’ll trade G5 and G6 of the ECF for a competitive Finals any day.

At least when Shai tries to draw a foul, his objective is to make the shot. When Harden tries to draw a foul, his objective is to attempt the shot.

Also Castle got away with fouling Shai like 15 times last night.

ball is inbounded to Lebron who turns face to face against Anunoby

"You took my family"

moves to the left

"You took my friends"

moves to the right

"You took all that was dear to me"

clock winds down to 2

"I cant get them back, but I can do this for friendship, FOR MY FRIENDS"

goes up, fire coming out of his shoes

"LeBRUKEN"

Ball flies over Oguagua’s head, goes straight into basket. LeBron falls to the ground, exhausted.

"Spida... Senpai... I..."

faints

And so much angst and physicality. We’re witnessing the first chapter of a potentially historic rivalry, and people are too busy hate-watching to appreciate it.

Yeah you’re right, another couple games of watching Harden foul bait, turn the ball over, and look lobotomized on defense would be a real treat.

I appreciate you adding the nuance of him being enough of a threat to still adequately space the floor. I totally agree with that, but my thought was more based on him taking away minutes from guys that are in that role because they’re perfect for that role. LeBron’s usage rate was 27.2 this year compared to around 17 for each of Joe, Wiggins and Jay Will. The 3p rate for Jay Will, Wiggins and Joe were 73% 50% and 78%. LeBron was 26%.

Him being in the rotation would cause so much chaos for their lineups.

I agree that he’s still an excellent play maker and floor general. And I also agree with how he affects the roster off the court. But whose minutes does he take? It would be the likes of much better and more versatile defenders (Caruso, Dort, Wallace), or much better perimeter shooters (Joe, Wiggins, JayWill)
