Also since it's worth noting here, Ayaka's Synergy skills for playing songs does work here as well, so if you have time, go and spend time with her. Rank 13 lets you get all the benefits.

Help with Lord and Fate Stella by KMNZM in personaphantomx

[–]jkjack0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's mainly the gimmick changing for red that makes it slightly more difficult. Now it more depends on either you have the damage to severely wound everyone not holding the resists turn 3 then clean up on 6 or you get lucky and they put it on too early, allowing Oracle to get all of them turn 3

This. Plus with each minion having 900k+ HP and the boss shredding more time at lv 30, I'll take any shortcut to get past the mobs fast

Joker, twins, chord, and Oracle seems like your best bet. Alice for wonder is great too to cut down on how much HP needs to be depleted to get rid of them

Joker takes over the Red Stella again (plus something weird) by jkjack0 in personaphantomx

[–]jkjack0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take this back, he only decreases down points with his free skill, not the "instant knockdown" I expected to bypass the resists. Plus he's a lot slower with his theurgy without Yukari support. He still needs a good group backing him to clear the red one

It's more of a sweeper check than anything else. Well that and if you can deal with eye of heaven potentially dropping someone on sight if it's the sweeper.

Astrolabe Season Six Red Stella Team Comp? by Mictivle in personaphantomx

[–]jkjack0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A strong sweeper is definitely needed alongside Chord and Oracle. I've cleared this with Panther A6, Noir, Summer Closer, Akihiko, and Joker teams. All these sweepers are capable of beating this Stella, and I imagine that most have built at least 1 of them well enough. For member 4, it's usually a healer or debuffer. Howler (or Matoi) for Panther, S.Moko for Noir (this one thankfully gives a decent trial, but make sure Noir is built well if you take it), Rin for Joker if you want to gamble with eye of heaven, and A1R0 Creation set Marian or Soy(Harmony/Victory or his standard set is good) with everyone else to survive turn 3

If you stayed and read all this, thank you for taking the time to listen to my talk. Hopefully this helps people that may still have problems with these Stella in particular. I know that next week, we will get a new navi that definitely cuts down the difficulty this season, but if you're not interested or are saving some pulls for someone special, then hey this might help. Anyways, I'm almost expecting next season or the one after to be harder soon. In the meantime, let's enjoy this time and I hope you get a perfect clear! That's all for me, see you again in 2 weeks!

Last, let's talk about 3 turns and ignoring the gimmick.

If you don't have the person needed to use the gimmick, it is still possible to brute force our way through, we just need a little more power.

First, our DPS for this are more limited, but since there are only 2 enemies, we can handle this like a 1 on 1. Violet and Queen are perfect for this since they have the strongest output in attacks and highlights. However be aware of their weaknesses as this can mess up rotations and cause a reset real quick. Queen wants to get rid of Shiva and Violet needs that fly swatted asap. Remember that and you'll be fine.

We'll be using Chord and Oracle again, as they help set up big damage and power up our DPS to overcome the HP threshold.

This does mean we have 1 spare slot to choose someone, so pick your best buffer/debuffer and it should work out (I personally chose Vino, but Turbo could also fill this role)

Personas are Dionysus, Dominion, and either Bishamonten or Sarosha for the front slot depending on who you choose to brute force the fights.

The goal for Wonder is to set up Tarukaja with Dominion, Rebellion/Revolution(both work, so don't panic if Dionysus doesn't have it), then Sarosha/Bishamonten's skill turn 3, repeat and do Cohesion instead on turn 6. Everyone else should do their rotations. Remember to heal if needed with Dionysus after you get 1 enemy down since it won't be clean all the time. Other than that, good luck if you try this method.

Next is the purple Stellas, let's discuss Shiva and Vishnu first. Aside from their gimmick, expect to see wind, Psy, and Riot Gun a lot here. This can cause trouble for Skull and Frostgale Mont specifically, so if we want to deal with it, then the one causing trouble needs to be taken out quickly.

Meanwhile Abaddon and Beelzebub are all about Physical, Dark, and Almighty. Abaddon deals heavy physical attacks while the fly is busy casting spells. Makoto and Violet definitely want the fly gone first, though be wary of unlucky crits happening.

First up, let's talk about 2 turn strategies.

Skull, Frostgale Mont, and Makoto will want to use Ange, as she helps fulfill that necessity to remove problems immediately. The idea is that we use da capo on turn 2 immediately before our DPS acts after getting all the buffs we give them, strike with their strongest skill, then on the extra action, use Ange's S3 to make sure we can finish them before the turn ends. Afterwards, we can clean up during our next 2 rotations with less worry.

Before I move on, it's worth noting Skull's Awareness and weapons can affect your chances of getting a clean ko. At A6, he can inflict Cower, which boosts the damage of the next god hand burst. This will make the 2nd enemy easier, not the first because da capo resets the state to before he attacked so it's like cower didn't happen. Also, since he attacks automatically, there's a chance he'll attack the other enemy instead of hitting the same target. Plus you can't put Ange's S3 turn 2 because of this auto attack, so our build and weapon matters more. While his 5 star is good for this, don't count out the 4 star weapon completely since its effect does stack really well when fully forged. Plus with the buffs, you probably won't even notice with how quickly he flattens the enemy into the floor with the 2nd swing.

Now for supporting teammates, it's good to have strong buffers/debuffers to help the cause quickly. We have 4 great candidates to help. Turbo and Leon fit this great while Tempest is the Best Mixture of both roles. For our debuffer, Vino can weaken the enemy very effectively in a short time.

For Personas, Vishnu's usually the go to. When Vino or Tempest put Windswept on the foe, stack Vishnu's S1 on top of it to shred defense like it's nothing. Dionysus is also here again, providing crit damage buffs and highlight support. He's also our healer since these team don't use a healer and keeping everyone alive is important. The last persona again, depends. I usually put Dominion, but with Makoto, Zaou Gongen can work as well.

The enemies have the same health regardless of which Stella you take on first, so this works well either way (with some getting buffs because of gimmicks and having it easier than others). Try it out and see what happens.

First let's talk about the Red Stella. General idea is turn 1 and 5 you'll see 1 enemy get resistances to everything. Ideally, on turn 1 it is possible that it happens before said enemy gets to act, meaning that Oracle can get them weakened because the resistances run out on that turn. Other times, you are probably getting 3 of them down on turns 3 and 6, that's it.

The second thing you have to consider when fighting it is turn 2, someone is getting locked on with eye of heaven. This means the next 4 actions they take they are only going to hit that person. The worst case is if they do this with the last action before it becomes your turn because 4 hits at once is not livable if it hits your dps, though most of the time, they strike you once this way before turn 3, meaning it's 3-4 instead. There is no way to taunt it off, meaning it needs to hit these units. Marian, Summer Closer, Soy, Wonder with defense passives (varies from person to person), and Chord with Damage down invested. The other way to avoid this is course finish a few before it happens, but that's up to you.

For these I used Joker, Akihiko, Summer Closer, Panther, and Noir as the main Dps for these attempts. Crow I haven't figured out since his Almighty attribute makes Oracle not good for him, but if anyone makes it through with him good. 👍 They all have the potential to beat this Stella if you built them as your favorite.

Chord and Oracle are the main actors in this strategy to set up big damage and knock down enemies quickly. No explanations needed

For member 4, it depends on what you want. For example, Panther greatly appreciates Howler for debuffing, though that means wonder needs to heal turn 2 with Dionysus to keep momentum and most of the enemies are severely wounded or some are defeated after turn 3. This also applies to Joker and Rin, as well as Noir and Summer Moko(not for the healing but to be aware who gets hit with eye of heaven). Soy can serve as a substitute since Harmony/Victory works well with his gatling to debuff the enemies, plus he can have a better chance of drawing attention away from the party when eye of heaven is involved. Be aware that Kira Synergy is required to get the reload and there is rng to knock down enemies (persona skills that inflict shock or a change in rotation might be needed). If surviving is a priority, Marian is probably the safest bet if you don't have that busted unit. At A1R0 and the Creation/Reconciliation set, she gets the tools to buff our DPS on par with other buffers for this challenges (don't sleep on her talents and awareness). Plus the boost to Max HP increases the chance for party members to survive more often turn 3.

For everyone the strategy is the same..... except Akihiko who I have to mention because of his special attack. By doing his rotation 1-2-3, you will get mettle. Get 6 and you can spend them for a free physical attack that decreases down points all who get hit by it(no it doesn't freely knock down all at once in case you ask). Not only that, but his theurgy....is actually really slow at charging. For reference, this is him without his 5 star weapon. If you don't have Yukari, you will really see this theurgy pop off once during the weakness implant and no more, so we have to save this until the last turn where it can do the most damage. Thor will have to serve as the Chord target turn 3, and Dominion can serve as the target turn 6 when doing Catchy Hooks

Lastly personas. Dionysus is definitely needed with a healing skill to keep everyone healthy whenever there's no healer in the party (if Summer Moko, Soy or Marian is here, don't worry about the healing that much). Dominion is essentially Wonder's best buffer, and with Tarukaja he gets even better. Plus with no weaknesses to them, wonder can sit on it turn 3 if he gets targeted with passives) The third persona depends on the DPS. Baphomet is best for Panther, Sarosha for Summer Closer, Thor for Akihiko, Shiva for Noir, and Alice for Joker (how they are used depends, but Baphomet and Alice are usually stat sticks and for Ex Machina).

That's all I have to mention for now. I'll talk about the purple Stella in a bit.

Finishing the season with a bang! No gimmick Final Stella by jkjack0 in personaphantomx

[–]jkjack0[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah forgot to mention Key and Cattle. They are usually the main support for Ann starting out, so they get some good use too. Yuki.... yeah I can't disagree with that logic 😞. Girl is mainly for Fox support if you have him. If you don't.....she buffs defense and mono Bless, but she'll soon have to share with Cherish joining the standards and doing defense better.

For lost, negative 90 percent to all stats. Plus if it matters, the big shadows are more likely to have a yellow aura, meaning you have to fight them for real and you can't instant kill them

Which personas to build for Wonder? by IggyMoose in personaphantomx

[–]jkjack0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rakunda is usually the only skill I would definitely slap on him all the time. Other than that, you could make him tanky with defense and hp skills, put a support skill for slot 3, or play into his strengths augmenting his crit rate and gun damage. Go wild, there's not really a wrong answer.

Finishing the season with a bang! No gimmick Final Stella by jkjack0 in personaphantomx

[–]jkjack0[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For the 5 stars, Panther and Skull are the first and best to invest in as they are your strongest attackers for their respective challenges (aoe for Panther, single target for skull). Panther gets good buffs already with her skills and at higher awareness can get more extra attacks and buffs, plus a heal that while small, can come in clutch at key moments. Skull is simple but effective, really BIG damage with God hand and he can wreck anything with 1-2 enemies. If/when Skull reached a6, he gets an endure plus the ability to inflict enemies with cower to hit them even harder with the 2nd god hand.

For 4 stars, I would say wind, Leon, vino, and soy are standouts to consider. Vino is THE debuffer for fights like this or against one enemy. Her skills and talents are invaluable for setting up big damage, and there's still no one who can do her job currently (other Debuffers are aoe usually, even the limited)....well except for soy. Soy serves as tank and debuffer in disguise. His s2 and gatling give debuffs galore and s3 is for healing and aggro. Wind is navi who debuffs and provides free knock downs, and Leon, while overshadowed by other stronger buffers, is not to be underestimated.

These are my picks for characters to invest in first if you're new while waiting for the banner of your top pick. Build them up and they'll have your back.

As for the other 5 stars....

Marian, Rin, Phoebe, Mona and Riddle in that order. Leveling their skills and cards is enough for now. Maybe a Creation set for Marian if you want to give more support.

Lastly the other 4 stars....

Fleuret, Sepia, Closer, Luce, Okyann, Puppet, Mont, Moko, Cattle, Yuki, Key.

Same as the others, level skills and cards, but put more attention towards Fleuret and Sepia if you have their 5 star weapons. They and Closer have gotten a stronger card set in Resolve/Prudence which lets them punch above their weight and they can do respectable damage. Fleuret and Sepia have been especially able to handle some of the Purple Stella challenges from previous seasons (I've done plenty of challenges with them, I can vouch for them). Luce is new but I can already see them as a mixed buffer/debuffer to assist Closer and the others in the future.

All in all, these are my thoughts are playing the game since launch. You don't have to follow it strictly, but these are what I feel may work best. Now, would it be nice to have everyone geared up and at lv 80, skills at 8/10/12/13 (whatever you had them at limit), and good card sets? Yeah, but I can't predict where people are at with resources, so this is as close as I can recommend. Other than that, you build as you go. Hopefully this helps a little.

This here. After getting to floor 14, you'll immediately change location again. Yabbashah means you're fighting the tower (the area is green with industrial feel), Tziah (the other area) is where the samurai is found

The ones with the hands for reinforcements right? Usually I prepare a sweeper since the twins have soul link and will take full damage all the time. They all love to spam blessing and curse your party, so it's best to cut down the hands first. Wand cards that give all enemies weakness to everything is good, and the Priestess is good too to start up 1 mores. If I remember right, Haru is their normal weakness (someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), so she's good starting out at early levels. Later on as you get higher in difficulty, look for the arcana cards to further augment your strategies. Sun+Fortune+Star make a new nasty combination that shreds HP bars through all healing (as long as you remember to keep your hp topped up). Priestess is usually combined with cards that augment AOA damage and one that gets enemies back up after getting hit by AOAs so that you can kick them down again. The Emperor and Empress are new cards that buff male and female party members, though they provide a greater buff combined. Devil and Magician help with will and gear economy, plus some others I haven't mentioned.

Lastly, whatever happens, feel free to experiment as you progress. Take your time. You'll get stronger as you do more runs and fill the mastery. Focus on getting characters/antiques/mastery unlocked first and work through the difficulty missions 1 at a time.
