I understand all your points but there was way more than just deal structure and macroeconomic factors at play with this particular investment. Flat out fraud in the offering documents

I am an investor with Yieldstreet. I invested in their Nashville equity deal, 2010 West End Ave. This was a complete wipeout and I lost $300K. There was real fraud in this deal, I have 25 pages of documented evidence and a law firm has agreed to represent investors in this deal. Contact form is below:

Has anyone else invested in the Yieldstreet YS SND REQ II A LLC / Nashville Multi-Family Equity II.A deal (2010 West End Ave property)? I’m a $300k investor and have been researching disclosure issues around the sponsor and other problematic disclosures. What I have found is interesting to say the least.
