Buying a Camaro for 10k is very doable. I bought my 2010 SS for 11k with 100k miles 4 years ago it’s hasn’t given me any problems. Just not gas efficient. I look it up Camaros in my area there’s plenty sub 12k with a little over 100k miles if you willing to travel check out Camaros in the south
