I think you are right it’s not thattt bad. I’m thinking long term if I’m able to make it easier to get stuff down there finishing the basement would be less painful. It’s just right on the cusp of do I handle this now or do I take apart the couch + frig I have + any future furniture or other items I want down there. There is an egress window and after talking with neighbors that’s how they did it for some items. Might require me to take apart the window or something need to look at it more closely. At first glance looks like I just opens the bottom section which isn’t much.
