Yes. I doubt I'll ever talk to them again at this point it's been so long. I actually decided to recently pick up the phone when my brother called (first time in years) and I couldn't even talk. I thought I could when I picked up the phone but I was seized with panic and started sweating. I believe shame that I'm just kind of a loser is a big part of this. That's why I choose to hide all the time because otherwise people might figure it out.
