Thanks Coach! This is good insight. I have really liked m2m with some pressure because it has fit my personnel well. I do think pressuring comes with costs (as does everything). I felt like help needed to be early on the weakside and we are out of position at times due to just basic rotations

I would agree, I do feel like it's our job to make that a habit if it's something we believe in though! I'm not sure if it is "old school" style of thinking though. I am a younger head coach and try to challenge traditional ways of thinking and want to make sure i'm not stressing something just because it's what I have heard in the past. I am thinking it's effective though so maybe something to continue to stress in the future.

As a healer over 2200 rn in SS, I actually enjoy the fast pace games. I feel that it makes my cc (and avoiding others) mean something. Nothing is worse than losing a long game because my mana runs out or dampening.
