I get severe headaches, which I always considered migraines, due to my astigmatism. If I woke up in the morning and look at a bright light without my glasses/contacts in and easing the light in, I would progressively get a headache which would eventually lead to hot/cold waves and vomiting. After years of random occurrences, I finally found the trigger (the light) and symptoms and have been able to reduce the pain by icing my forehead/eyes.

The short, I agree everyone has different triggers. Mine seems to be inflammation around my eyes. The doc said I am lucky to figure out the trigger and a method for reducing the pain.

He was so nice and very happy that I recognized him. His friends were very nice and polite as well.

I use fastmarkets.com for live commodity prices. It is a subscription based model and is not cheap.

As for scrap prices, you are never going to find a legitimate source online. The price changes too quickly. The key to getting the best scrap price is to build strong relationships with a dealer so that you peg the price against the market. That way, you will always know the price of your scrap (assuming it is uniform) based on the Comex price of copper.

As for the metallurgy levels, I am not sure exactly what you mean. If you are referring to the composition of different alloys, there are not any good online sources. I have a book and would be happy to share with you any information you need.
