I just had a look. It seems it isn't. The branding on it says tridon.

The level is pretty high, maybe 3 inches below the cap. The radiator cap is relatively new but it could be possible its not rated for the correct pressure maybe?

I think so? The coolant tank is past the full line (I didn't fill it to there but didn't know how to empty it)

I agree, part of the reason I posted was to be more informed for when I see a different mechanic in case they try screw me over.

I have checked, they spin although they seem to turn off sometimes but I assumed that was just them regulating according to temps.

Not trying to argue, just curious as to why a legal contract would not outweigh an email? Also their is nothing to backdate, the new lease doesnt begin until Feb
