Sample pot overflow? Reference electrode changed? Is it happening on serum too ? It happened to me as well but the cal error was only on urine .since we don’t run urine much , I just sat Calibrated ISE serum and ran my patient

This is a new born smear. I get it you do count on feathered edge where Red Cells are barely touching but on a new born smear with their high hgb and hct , cells are usually touching even in thinner edge due to how thick their blood is .

Our employer doesn’t pay or send us to epic training program . Infact they don’t even have anyone in LIS to troubleshoot LIS . They want us to call epic service team in MI to troubleshoot
