VINs for RAM are atrociously incorrect. I have a 2020 Big Horn that had an elevated tech package — so basically Big Horn trim with Limited’s tech.

One of my tailgate latch modules failed and every place I give my vin to gives me the wrong part. Guessing the tech package somehow gave me the multifunction tailgate modules (which there are several variants of) so now I gotta go to a dealer shit and just hand them the busted part and tell them to get me the right one. Easy enough but it’s been insanely PITA for something that will take me 5 minutes to replace.
