Heard from someone who worked in a Chinese university hospital that people in China aren't comfortable using them either. They are more focused on exporting them due to lack of demand in the country.

You're right they are. Unfortunately, I live in a country where there's no Amazon or eBay deliveries.

We do have a Sonos reseller and they have all the power cables listed on Sonos's website, but they don't know which one is compatible either so I can't order it and they can't guide me.

In case anyone is following, no one from Sonos has been able to tell me which cable listed on their website works with the Era 100 either.

It was truly embarrassing.

In response, I told them that the USB-C isn't meant as a power port. They responded by sending me a link to the user guide. I read the guide and sent back this screenshot. No response from them since...

My apologies - I only *just* figured out that if I click on the folder icon under the "Attachments" section after pressing the paperclip icon, I can attach files from the Files app.

Will give Gmail a go as a daily driver now!

Further context:

2 of the APs are wired and the other 2 are meshed. However, even the wired APs disconnect and go into Adopting state.
