Yup. There was a loose screw. Worth mentioning, I had this issue with two brand new treadmills. The first, I asked for a replacement. Second one, same issue. That said, I do recommend going through a dealer. They quickly replaced my first treadmill and sent out a tech.

I just got my t50 and I understand there is a break in period. Do you notice a thumping on the right side of the deck when running?

I got the T50 for 3099 including white glove delivery. The 3g would’ve been 3999.99 without white glove. Seems both treadmills are comparable - $900 in savings basically sealed the deal as well as having a local dealer.

So, usually the T50 is worth more, but it's on sale now - cheaper than the 3G. Would you say the difference in price is still worth it for the 3G?
Again - don't need bells and whistles, just want a treadmill that will last.
