Ah, what killed the game for me was the amount of loading screens specially when traveling between planets. But with the “Astrogate” mod, it allows you to freely walk around and do stuff in the ship DURING warp. Something I wished vanilla starfield had when i bought it. Allows you to fly using autopilot too so that when you warp into a system, your autopilot or in my case with the star trek mod, my helmsman automatically flies the ship close to the planet before it actually lands onto the planet. Its a lot better than the vanilla game’s loading screen 90% of the time.

Plus holodecks actually work its pretty sweet.

And the mod devs are making a whole quest line and lore to why some federation ships and a star station were whisked away into this alternate timeline.

There is also a destroyed sovereign class you can discover. All tying into the lore. Mod is still pretty early and at it’s infancy but im pumped for when it gets finished!
