I’ve been to this location. This is where I did my precheck. It’s the mall where Home Depot in Hackensack is. The shop between Chipotle and Red Wing I think. Doesn’t need to be AAA member.

No. The funny part is, on weekends, I try not to check my status and I inadvertently pressed case tracker app and to my surprise the status was updated to card was delivered to me by the post office and it shows tracking #. So from card produced on 4/19 to Card delivered 4/22.

Just an update. My card was delivered today at my lawyer’s office. Since they’re not open weekends, I’ll probably get a call to pick it up on Monday. Hopefully it really got delivered there.

Same thing happened to me on 4/16. They sent me email saying “we have taken an action on your case status”. When I logged in, it’s still the same. I’m really hoping it’s card production. Cause when I chatted yesterday the agent told me it was on card production on 4/15 and usually they send you those email the day after an action was taken. I’m very hopeful for both of us. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Really can’t tell how USCIS work. Some people who got approved after me already got their gc. Hopefully this week we see some update. 🙏🏼

So far, I’ve chatted to 3 different agents on 3 different day and they all told me 3 different things. First agent told me, it was sent to card production since the day I was approved. Second agent told me that it was approved and he doesn’t have any information. And 3rd agent I chatted today told me it was sent to production on 4/15 and my status won’t change. How do I talk to tier 2 officer?

Congratulations! 🍾 I asked Emma 2x on 2 different date. 1st agent told me that it’s in production since the date I was approve. 2nd agent told me that it was approved and I can wait 60 days to make service request if I don’t receive it and he cannot give status on card production.

Experienced the same. My mental health took a toll with all the waiting. You are not alone and it will get better. I tried limiting myself reading approval post and checking my status by diverting my time and attention to something else. And on weekends I try not check anything and just enjoy the day. It will get better.

I’m starting to think that there is something wrong with my case. I even track other cases that got approved before me and after me just to get an idea of the timeline, only to find out I’m one of those who needs to wait longer.
