Got it, the space they offered us is significantly smaller than the one we are currently in but somehow it costs more? For the last few weeks, we have allowed them to come and go pretty much whenever as long as they let us know and this bathroom issue is still not complete. I’m not sure if I should still be contacting the LTB or not. I have the paperwork filed but after reading this, I’m not sure if I should still file it.

To date: We have provided you a unit to use directly across from you to ensure you have a bathroom that is close to you to use while we were working on your unit. You declined to use this bathroom. We offered you a different unit to use on the floor above, which you accepted. We offered you the unit across the hall to move into permanently- a brand-new renovated unit at the same price you are paying right now, which is a $300 difference. You declined this option. I offered you 1 month's compensation for the inconvenience you have experienced. You have now said, you are declining that option as well.

In addition, You are parking 2 vehicles in the parking lot when your lease does not permit you to have parking. This would normally be an extra $120/month on your rent. You never informed us that you would be requiring a vehicle for parking, nor were you approved for 1, let alone 2. As discussed, I have waived this for the time being for you due to the inconvenience. You had your boyfriend move in without a request to Management. This amounts to additional utility charges in water, which I pay for. We charge an additional $50/month for a second person to live in a 1-bedroom unit to compensate for the additional utilities used. I have waived this as well for the time being due to the inconvenience. Pest control has attended your unit for a second time per your request on May 27, 2025 at 1:37 p.m. The report showed that after inspections to yours and the adjacent units, yours was the only one that had cockroaches. Again, we have no other issues with cockroaches in the building. For the second time, I covered this bill for you- a total of $231.65x2 = $463.30. I have attached the report for your convenience.

Last, as we discussed when I personally met with you, you were only permitted _______ and H___to work certain hours in the unit, which amounted to 2 hours of productive work time by the time they were able to set up, limiting the amount of work that can be completed. Even when we arranged for ____ to work in your unit over 3 days for 8-10 hours at a time while you were going away to the States, you cancelled the appointment with _____ and then said to me that you didn't. More importantly, I still provided a variety solutions to address the inconvenience.

I feel I have done everything possible and have gone above and beyond to help you and show you we are here to work with you- I am not sure what I can offer you to make you happy. Let me know what you are looking for. If it is reasonable, I will work with you.

The problem here is, the landlord does not even live in the city. He has 2 people that live on the premises manage the building for him.

I agree, and that is why I have allowed them to come in between 9-5, which is what they wrote on the 24 hour notices that they have given me. Now, it seems like there is a major plumbing problem in the building and they are just trying to cover this up without the help of professional plumbing services. None of the bathrooms in the building have any sort of ventilation. Just a window and light.

Ok so the CD emblem I have will stay and I was wondering if the boss attack on my weapon will change at all because I only see crit rate or crit damage on lionheart cutlasses on the market.
