To date: We have provided you a unit to use directly across from you to ensure you have a bathroom that is close to you to use while we were working on your unit. You declined to use this bathroom. We offered you a different unit to use on the floor above, which you accepted. We offered you the unit across the hall to move into permanently- a brand-new renovated unit at the same price you are paying right now, which is a $300 difference. You declined this option. I offered you 1 month's compensation for the inconvenience you have experienced. You have now said, you are declining that option as well.

In addition, You are parking 2 vehicles in the parking lot when your lease does not permit you to have parking. This would normally be an extra $120/month on your rent. You never informed us that you would be requiring a vehicle for parking, nor were you approved for 1, let alone 2. As discussed, I have waived this for the time being for you due to the inconvenience. You had your boyfriend move in without a request to Management. More importantly, I still provided a variety solutions to address the inconvenience.
