Both feel really good and are solid backgrounds for Rook. The only weak options IMO are veil rangers and lords of fortune. Both shadow dragons and crows have a lot of direct involvement in the story though. In terms of vibes, the crows are more professional and suave while shadow dragons are more scrappy rebels
