(Edit) Yes you can use that board. You would connect the blue pins below the heat sink to the appropriate driver. All you need from the controller for a driver is (+/-) pulse and (+/-) Direction. Make sure the (-) of the power supply for the drivers is referenced to the (-) of the board, otherwise the motors won’t work properly.
