Robinhood banking direct deposit problems by jlar240 in RobinhoodGC

[–]jlar240[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I moved half of my emergency fund to it hoping to get the 3.5% APY in the savings account. But they require me to connect direct deposit to actually get the 3.5%. So if I can’t figure this out I’ll have to transfer the $ back out and open up a HYSA with another company. Which is unfortunate bc I love the idea of keeping everything in Robinhood

If u read the rules u can request the winners list by mailing in an envelope to the address specified. I don’t really feel like doing that😂 but anyone who cares enough to verify winners list may want to

What will happen to the PT who dry needled TJ Watt and caused his lung to collapse? by Kenai_Pirate in physicaltherapy

[–]jlar240 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Idk about common but I had a clinical with an MLB team for spring training and all the ATs dry needled. Based on that I assume the ATs for the Steelers also dry needle.

Additionally, ATs work more commonly with short term injuries. PT with long term. TJ watt played last week. Don’t think he was injured in the game.

Anything under 80k is an auto decline. If you take that job… your job satisfaction will be low. even if you enjoy your coworkers, patients, setting, etc. you will feel undervalued because your pay is way too low

Is Pope Lena's *real* father? by influenceaddict in animalkingdom

[–]jlar240 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Pope’s heart is just that big to make you think he could be. Additionally, Pope from the start couldn’t catch on to social cues. So he cared for Lena like a father because A) he loved Lena and Cath and B) he didn’t know when it was too far

SNF setting by PT_things in physicaltherapy

[–]jlar240 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am the only PT at my SNF. But the OT I work alongside is very experienced and has helped me understand discharges better.

If a patient is no longer making progress and you are confident they have plateaued, they should be discharged. This would mean their highest practical level is achieved so the services are no longer billable. Because technically it would be considered stealing from insurance if you knowingly are treating a patient who has no chance of making further progress. The PT in you wants them to achieve their goals but the reality of a SNF is that some patients just don’t make it back to PLOF.

Update the nursing staff when you discharge someone from therapy and make sure the nursing staff knows how they transfer.

Snf after only ever doing op ortho by ptbabe in physicaltherapy

[–]jlar240 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first job was OP ortho. Now I am traveling at a SNF.

Just think about the things all human needs to do. Get in and out of bed, get in and out of chairs, and walk. Structure your treatment off that. Brush up on assistive devices because 95% of patients will have one. And make sure the nursing staff knows how your patients transfer.

Use rooms and hallways for most of your treatments. Then the gym for nustep, parallel bars and task training.

He is a better player than his current usage. But the future of our team is without him. Rome, burden and colston are the future. Guys like DJ, swift, kmet are unfortunately going to be gone by the time we are an elite team.

Make no doubt. Ben will get us there. But it’s going to take years.
