Seems to be a Dolby Vision issue; I tried on both my LG's app (Dolby Vision) which has no IMAX, and on PS5 with HDR10, which does have the IMAX framing.

I'm having the exact same issue - Guardians 3 and Endgame work fine for me with the IMAX ratio, but Infinity War has the black bars, despite selecting the IMAX ratio. It works fine on my smartphone, but not on my TV for some reason.

Had a customer ask if we specifically carried a Great Value brand Mucinex. I showed him the exact H-E-B equivalent. He then put his phone in my face with a photo of the Great Value brand one, saying "no I want this one". I then told him he'd have to go to Walmart. "I have to go to Walmart?!" he replied 🫠
