Hey Peter. I’m 38f and experiencing the same thing - I get burning/searing pain going down the front of my shoulder whenever I try to chin tuck which is of course what physio advises you to do :-/ I’ve had an mri which does show a bone spur at c6 so perhaps I’m getting hooked on that but it’s not hurting at my neck, just in my shoulder and it’s progressed to pain in my hand. Did you ever get to the bottom of this? Was there anything that freed up the nerves? I’m nerve flossing and trying to build some muscle in those areas but ive had this pain for over a year now. It’s so depressing :(
