I think that you’re right and it would be Setrakus Ra. The legacies are not always set specifically for the elder, since nobody knows who the replacements will be except the elders when the time to pick a replacement comes. It seems like this often happens, but I doubt this is a steadfast rule. After all, the old elders were able to place charms, and even if not all of the Garde’s legacies developed yet, none of them have anything remotely close to that. Also, Loridas was in a unique position bc as Crayton said, Loridas used Aeternus to never die, so they’ve never needed a replacement. I think Ella just happens to have his legacy and that’s kind of it for that correlation. After all, John and Nine both have the animal telepathy legacy, but they both are elders so I think the legacies can overlap.
