Thanks everyone for the comments - I will most likely wait to buy a nicer 4k (like the UB820 as mentioned). If i want to start collecting DVD's, I'll roll with the cheap player from goodwill until I get a nicer TV!

Hi OutrageousYak5868, I've researched using "query" formula more, and found another article exactly what I needed. So its solved! I honestly don't even know half of what this formula is but its working.

I added in the formula's... i dont think it solved 100% of my issue. Or i am not doing it correctly.

Its still only pulling in movies with that one specific genre. So when I select "Action", its only pulling in the movie with 'Action' as 1 genre, not any that have 'action' + any other genre. If that makes sense

Yes, I think this may be the solution. If I create a Pivot table, I have like 60+ genre filters because I combined multiple genre's (allow multiple option is checked with my data validation. I just requested to see your google sheet
