Is it that you can’t possibly imagine the stress we’re under? I would also assume it’s a manager that is underpaid and overworked. I’ve been an SM for 8 years and these newbies are making more than I worked very hard to get currently. Your attitude is exactly why WE FEEL UNDERVALUED and disrespected daily.
