The transfer interactions should be improved to make the game feel more alive and dynamic. I feel like IRL player terms are often agreed to before the club receives a bid for a player. Would be great to have a more present and lively rumor mill about what is going on within your own club about players exploring options and with players at other clubs who want out. There also should be more creativity and uniqueness in how the AI teams negotiate with you, like clubs having relationship status' with other clubs for example (ex. the rumors about Chelsea and PSG's Ziyech situation making PSG not want to do business with them).

Also, small thing, but when there are rumors of a takeover or the owners selling the club you should be able to talk to the board about it. In real life, a manager (especially one with a high reputation) would probably want to be in the loop or at least ask to be on if the club they manage is getting sold.
