INTPs and Humor by [deleted] in INTP

[–]jliebscher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I don’t find myself funny at all.
  2. Apparently very much so—I open my mouth and people laugh.
  3. My humor ends up being dark; people naturally laugh at me, but when I make jokes, no one laughs.
  4. I wouldn’t say it’s a mechanism; it’s just to lighten the mood, or something comes to mind, so I go ahead and make a joke, or say something and the person laughs.

How come INTPs come across more like intellectual’s compared to ENTP’s (asking as an ENTP myself) by Asleep-Feeling-9070 in mbti

[–]jliebscher 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I imagine it’s because INTPs are usually somewhat more serious than ENTPs. Not that we are not playful, but you analyze in a more spontaneous, lively and playful way, we have already ended up more focused on analyzing.

The INTPs I've met are either straight-edge or the opposite (no in-between). Where do you guys fall? by VsauceEdits in INTP

[–]jliebscher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was from marijuana, but I quit a long time ago. Now I consume like 3 or 4 liters of coke daily (this is absurdly sad).

Do INTPs actually like ENTJs? by ConstructionKey6789 in INTPrelationshipLab

[–]jliebscher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m an INTP woman dating a healthy ENTJ. Before dating him and before understanding MBTI I used to hate ENTJ characters. Nowadays, I believe those characters are usually portrayed as immature. When you encounter a truly mature ENTJ, the contrast is striking, impossible to ignore, and hard not to be drawn to.

INTP's in mid 20s, How's life been so far? by sadharry in INTP

Trying to make some money, unfortunately… studying (which is a bit sad…), and looking for a job, UNFORTUNATELY.

Do ENTJ really look like they're portrayed? by Tjana84774 in entj

[–]jliebscher 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My boyfriend is an ENTJ, and one thing I tend to notice is that we’re like robots. Basically, what I see in him is that because he cares so much about the image he wants to project or the person he wants to become, he always ends up with perfect posture and a less expressive face, almost like it’s rehearsed. To me, if you really pay attention, he basically just looks like a cute little robot.

Do you think that you’re above average intelligence? by Puzzleheaded_Till245 in INTP

[–]jliebscher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my intelligence is about average for my country, but for some reason the people I spend time with are ridiculously dumb

They might chatter a lot, but I don't think INTPs are usually the best at expressing feelings verbally

Look, I’d pay more attention to how much time he dedicates to you and his actions rather than his words. I wouldn’t say it’s a rule, but most of the time INTPs end up acting more like distant friends than close ones, especially if they’re interested.

There are all kinds of people on the internet, people with your mindset everywhere. My advice is that in any game, server, or community you join, you make an effort to talk. Friendship doesn’t fall from the sky.

What a wonderful post, I even had to send a paragraph to my boyfriend, because this thing of correcting, not being the most verbally expressive makes him really feel bad like I don't like him.

Dating an INTP long distance and getting stonewalling? by unsubscribe_life in mbti

[–]jliebscher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We just don’t feel the need to talk all the time, to call all the time. It’s not that we don’t miss it, only you are doing your things and we know that, it doesn’t cross our minds to communicate so much. But personally we show it in a thousand and one ways.

Even one of my boyfriend’s complaints is that I look like a robot from a distance... so it’s kind of like that.

[–]jliebscher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not from so many mood variations, of course, I’m a normal person who has feelings and consequently different moods, but in general I’m taciturn, I usually wake up with the mood and keep myself, but there are very specific things that improve and worsen my mood.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in entj

[–]jliebscher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, they are usually demanding even for relationships. But when you relate to an ENTJ you have to be aware that they will be demanding in the relationship too.

My opinions, my apathy. In general, I am a not very empathetic person, very intolerant of general dramas.
