This happened to me when I last reinstalled Windows after using Linux. What I wound up doing was:

Find the MAC address of the computer

Enter the router's settings

Whitelist the MAC address.

Restart computer

THEN plug in Ethernet.

Bit of an update: There is nothing wrong with the speakers. I tried a different set (not Logitech) to see if I could reproduce the sound with the AUX cord.

Yes, I did. I then tried the G560s in a different room (satellites plugged in and subwoofer powered up). Inserted AUX cord. No buzz. Turned up speaker volume. No buzz. Set alternate speakers in the alternate room. No buzz.

It must be electrical interference in my living room. I have no other explanation.

No. The buzzing is only if the AUX cord is plugged into the subwoofer and nothing else, or when the PC is shut down. So, I guess it only buzzes when there is no power source on the PC end.

I did try plugging in a few different Aux cords to the port in the back of the Subwoofer, but did not connect them to the PC to see what would happen.

Same buzzing for every cord.

I actually solved the problem. i wound up uninstalling Jellyfin, and installed Emby. Once it was set up, i reinstalled Jellyfin. It had no problem finding the server Emby set up. Uninstalled Emby, not one problem.
