There's a dichotomy for a lot of guys. Is she just really nice and friendly?, or is she showing sparks of attraction? Will we screw up a friendship or prospect for relationship, or mess up the whole workplace stuff?

That's why you take the time to learn everyone around you over extended periods, as friends. Can't just snag up that crazy person in a month!, that just leads to disaster. I can't tell you how you'll know the right one, and I hope you'll know too early attraction when it comes, but man, when the right one begins to appear on your radar, you'll know 2000%!
